To use the Service, you must sign in with a Google account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You agree not to share your account with others or allow unauthorized access.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Generate spam, phishing, or unsolicited bulk emails
• Create content that is illegal, harmful, abusive, or violates the rights of others
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or exploit the AI models
• Resell or redistribute generated content commercially without permission
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service infrastructure

5. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of the content you provide as input (prompts, context). The emails generated by the Service are provided for your use. AmazingEmails.xyz retains all rights to the platform, design, branding, and underlying technology.

6. Credits & Billing

Free accounts receive a limited number of email generation credits. Paid plans provide additional credits as described on the pricing page. Credits are non-transferable and unused credits may expire as specified in your plan. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. AmazingEmails.xyz shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies; you are responsible for reviewing and verifying all generated emails before use.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from your account settings. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes.
